HP-41 display code debugging progress

Fixed a few bugs, now the 41C nearly works. It seems like there may be a problem with flags, because digit entry always things a decimal point has already been entered, and it mostly acts like the keyboard shift state is always set. Strange, because the flag code was almost unmodified from NSIM. Also, the LSB of display characters seems to be getting set to 1 for most characters.
