Internet Explorer is considerably slower than it was and likes to lock up regularly. There have also been alot more items finding their way to the registry than before.

They responed very quickly and within hours, the problem’s fixed. So what I’m saying is the customer service given to us is just very2 good and satisfying.

I don’t know how the guys of this website tested Norton 360, but on my computer (2 years old, winXP) it SEVERLY affected system performance, not matter what settings I choose. Besides, the backup-functionality is more of a toy than a serious program. I just uninstalled it and feel much relieved that my computer is performing again as it used to do.

We purchased it at Best Buy who offered to remove all the craplets for some charge, and they advertised the service as “Acceleration”, which I can’t completely argue with, but… Uhg

My advice to her was not to run any virus checker, I truly think that the cure is definitely worse then the possible disease.

(but you already know that)…when i had it, it quit working and when i contacted them they said my credit card had expired but my renewal date with norton wasn’t for another 3 months. i didn’t like that they were keeping track of my credit card. plus i think norton is what caused the crash on my desktop.
