		<description><![CDATA[My experience with iTunes connect is that it is buggy, and hard to use.  The first time I attempted to submit an app back in January it kept crashing with some &quot;try again later&quot; error.  After several attempts, and several hours, It finally worked.  Recently, when posting a new version of the app, I find that I can&#039;t make image updates to the new version under review without them also changing the existing version&#039;s image in iTunes... yuck.]]></description>
