The first time I attempted to submit an app back in January it kept crashing with some “try again later” error. After several attempts, and several hours, It finally worked. Recently, when posting a new version of the app, I find that I can’t make image updates to the new version under review without them also changing the existing version’s image in iTunes… yuck.
