Suboptimal iPhone developer program license agreement

Apple wants me to accept a revised license agreement for the iPhone developer program.  Generally I want to save copies of all such agreements that I accept.  The web page as a link for a PDF copy of the license that I could save, except that when I click on the link, I am told “You do not have access to the page you requested.”

I saved the URL and accepted the agreement, hoping that I’d be able to download the PDF after acceptance, but it still tells me that I don’t have access.

My experience with iTunes connect is that it is buggy, and hard to use. The first time I attempted to submit an app back in January it kept crashing with some “try again later” error. After several attempts, and several hours, It finally worked. Recently, when posting a new version of the app, I find that I can’t make image updates to the new version under review without them also changing the existing version’s image in iTunes… yuck.

In other words, to retain a service you had already purchased, you were forced to agree to a new set of terms….and you are not allowed to know what these terms are.

    Great!

What a wonderful system…. and the company can hide anything behind the ‘public perception’ of ‘buggy aps’!

They let me see the agreement; they just didn’t provide it in any form that I could conveniently save for later reference.
