I was sent to repair a computer in the Denver Federal Center about 1983.  When the elevator door open, I notice the man in the elevator.  He was a professional looking guy in a suit, the only odd thing was the ball and chain attached to his ankle.  I must have looked quite shocked as I contemplated the intellegence of entering an elevator with a main wearing a ball and chain, when he told me not to worry, it was a normal office procedure when someone got married to wear the ball and chain for a day.]]></description>
