Since we can’t expect Congress to rein him in, let’s hope the courts will. Thus far the courts have given mixed rulings on whether lawsuits against AT&T for unlawfully giving call detail information to the NSA can proceed.
The Onion reports that Ken Lay’s corpse has been sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Death’s too good for him; it’s a shame that we can’t revive him and make him do time.
