I've only ordered physical merchandise from them, and they did a good job with that. I don't really know how Cisco support contracts work, but wouldn't you normally want to buy them locally? Let me say that it's an entirely different story. It's been three weeks and I still don't have a contract number, but I do have lots of calls into CostCentral and I'm getting plenty of run-around.
