		<description>I don't think they should fully be sentnced as adults.
They should be sent to prison for some crimes, though. 
Also, i think there should be a death penalty.
It gives our nation structure.
It shows that the government has some power.</description>

		<description>I've never been clear on the rationale for trying children as adults, or I guess even for having different trial procedures. Sentencing, sure, I understand why there should be a difference there. But the trial is about determining guilt. If the kids' procedure is more likely to accurately find the truth, let's use it for everyone.

It must come down to type-1 versus type-2 errors - the risk of letting a guilty child go balanced against the risk of imprisoning an innocent child, balances at a different point than the same trade-off for adults. We want to be extra-sure that we're not punishing an innocent child, even if that means an extra risk of letting a guilty one off.

But in either case should the seriousness of the accusation have anything to do with determining the trial procedures? I dont't know.</description>
