Nut/Voyager support

I’ve finally updated the nsim web page with screen shots, including one of the experimental Voyager support (showing an HP-16C). I’m planning to merge the Nut simulation code from nsim into CASMSIM in order to take advantage of the GTK+-based GUI, KML scripts, etc. This will require further extensions to the KML syntax to specify the configuration of the HP-41C, since it is user expandable. Eventually there should be a user interface for configuration as well.

And it will require support for saving and restoring the calculator state, probably using XML. Since there will be multiple simulator cores with different sets of registers and flags, I’d like to make the save/restore code, and the debugger code, as general as possible. This is why I was complaining last month that implementing reflection in C is hard. Oh well.

I’ve come up with a better name for the combined project which I will announce when the first release is made.
